Hi Dhiraj,
I think you are making mistake in creating mrp area. when you select the mrp area type as 01 than you need to enter the same name as plant name.
if you want to have storage location as mrp area type than you can enter different names.
Select mrp area type as 02.

Solomon

Hi,
You actually can't manually create a "plant" MRP area. The MRP areas at the plant level are creating by running program RMDBVM00 in SE38. Your MRP area will always match your plant name.
After you run the program, then you can actually create an MRP for a storage location or a subcontractor using MRP areas type 2 or 3. If you are creating an MRP area for each storage location, I would recommend you to use the same numbering as your storage location for consistency. For example my storage location is 1000 and my MRP area is A1000.
Here's all you need to know about it: https://blogs.sap.com/2015/07/01/basics-of-mrp-area/

Hello,
Refer SAP note 2599850 - How to create MRP area
1.Convert the existing planning file entries at plant level to planning file entries at MRP area level (transaction OM0F or SE38 program RMDBVM00): During the conversion, the system creates a plant MRP area for every plant.
For S/4HANA systems, the customizing is removed as it is no longer needed. All planning file entries are stored in table PPH_DBVM
2.Activate MRP areas in Customizing for MRP (transaction OM01): With this activation the field 'MRP area' is also offered for selection in the transactions of the material requirements planning and production planning.
For S/4HANA systems, MRP area is active by default and cannot be deactivated.
3.Define MRP area in transaction OMIZ
