Integration with HR with PM

Hello,

Please let me know how SAP PM is integrated with HR Module.

What happens when we do teh time confirmation how does it gets updated in HR Module.

Hi,

Activity rate are ssigned to work centre & work centre assigned to person will generate the cost for activity.This cost activity cost gets genrated as actual cost after the confirmaton. The other Qualification , Certificiaton,Position are the data as HR integration for PM during operations planned for activity.

PM is integrated with HR when we are using work cener. In work center master data, we would maintain total No. of person and working housrs. When the time confirmation is done for the order, it calcuates how many housr and how many person involved for completing that particulatr operation. Thia appears in actual cost of the order.

In adition, you can use the INFO TIPE, to asing in the tecnical object like Partners, and help in the serch for objects in a service process, this is not only for a info tipe, you can use the structure of HCM to include like a partner and use in the serch process on the notifications and orders.
