Automatic activation of WCM using Technical Object

Hi,

I have configured Work Clearance Management with Standard Model in SAP 6.0. I have worked out WCM by activating it through manually entering control key as WCM in operation of an order. But at SAP Help portal I have read that it is possible to assign automatic approvals to an order using technical object (see: [Link|http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/8c/fc71858a4811d4a7d20060087a7a74/frameset.htm]). How can I configure for that in customization?

Further is it possible to block the usage of a technical object for order creation if it is tagged already in WCM document.

Hi ,

You can use programme RIWC0016 for automatic processing of WCM objects.

I got the solution for my first question. I also have a requirement of blocking the usage of a technical object for order creation if it is tagged already in WCM document in other order.

Hi,

i think you are aware conflict rules in WCM process.

with the help of it you can control creation of WCM objects
