DMS document upload error in Work Manager 6.3

Hello experts,

When I upload a DMS file to a Work Manager PM notification, the synchronization returns the following error:

Sending time information ... Receiving information from times ... Sending Document Link Picture Add For Notification ... AttachmentCaptureSteplet - AA abbreviation for non-updated status The document does not exist Server error: Contact your administrator (13) End user session

Versions:

SAP Work Manager 6.3

Agentry V71.0.0.1

It's the configuration that I made:

The default status set for the document type DGR, must be FR, however WM proposes AA by default.

Where can I change that default value?

Hello and greetings for most of the DMS upload issue with Work Manager, we suggest to go through our SAP Product Support Guided Answers (Decision Tree) tied to attach documents.

Most likely the issue is something that is missing in your setup under the DMS configuration in the backend and it could be but not limited to the following:

- The AA type as needed

- Documentation type

- File size of your picture is set to 0 bytes instead of a define size
