How to monitor messages in PI 7.1

Dear SAP,

We are using PI 7.1. We would like to monitor messages in PI 7.1.

There are the RWB in PI 7.1 and the NWAPI in PI 7.11.

Question :

I have a found a guide called "How To ... Monitoring Exchange Infrastructure 3.0)".

This guide can be used to monitor message in XI 3.0 and PI 7.0.

Do you know if there a more recent guide to implement the PI 7.0 monitoring ?

Thanks

Best regards

Hi,

AFAIK there are no changes in the Monitoring part of the message for 7 and 7.1..

NWA is for replacement of the VA of 7.0...

Dear Rajesh,

I am not only talking about NWA but NWAPI.

NWAPI is announced as the new tool which delivers more functionalities than the RWB to monitor PI.

in 7.1 stick to the standard monitoring tools available like RWB, SXMB_MONI etc.

NWA/NWAPI is not full fledged as a solution in 7.1 and SAP doesnt really recommend it for productive use.

will have to wait for 7.3 to see its benefits

Dear Shabarish,

If I understand you well, even for PI 7.1 EHP1, you recommand to continue to use the RWB to monitor our PI system ?

And we have to wait PI 7.3 to use the NWAPI ?

Is it right ?

Thanks

Dear Shabarish,

I have a last question.

I have found a guide which title is :

"How To ... Monitor Exchange Infrastructure 3.0" from August 2.005, version 1.00.

Do you know if I can use it to implement the monitoring in my PI 7.1 system ?
