Hi,

I am quate new to SAP PM,

my client want to use equipment PRT in production order.

this PRT have preventive maintenance that overhaul every 500 Hr usage.

When confirmation CO11N, system must create measurement, value is obtain from machine time in CO11N.

Can anyone give me guidance how this is set up?

my major discussion is the PRT formula , In my formula i use machine time from standard value key, but the system do not get actual value from CO11N as measurement document?

Did i miss someting? please help.

Best regards,

Hi,

Please go through following Links.

Hi,

My problem is like this

in the prod order, i got usage value for PRT total is 1000 MIN this is for producing 1000 PCS.

But when in CO11N i confirm 500 PCS, there is disturbance in production so machine time is 520 MIN

But measurement document is created proportional from total usage value in order not actual value in CO11N

Formula used is = operation quantity X machine / base quantity / operation split

How to make system create measurement document with 520 MIN?

Please help.

Hi,

Then change the formula for confirmation qty instead of operation qty. For that field, assign the field name of confirmation qty in co15 or co11. Then try the same.

The field label is Yield. Get the field name of that in DB. Assign that.

Hi,

i can not find confirmation quantity field when create new parameter as you suggested.

My client want that when confirming production order, the measurement document is created using actual value inputted in standard value key in CO11N.

I tried formula = ZMACH but is produce different result

Order 1XXXXXXXXX

Order Quantity 10 PCS

Base Quanity 1 PCS

Machine Time 10 MIN

Usage Value 100 MIN

but when CO11N, 10 PCS is confirmed with machine 125 MIN

System still used 100 MIN as measurement document

We expect 125 MIN measurement document

Something weird

When CO11N 5 PCS (half of total order quantity) is confirm with 75 MIN

System still used 50 MIN (proportional from usage value above)

We expect 75 MIN measurement document

Did i miss someting?

Hi,

As per the formula assigned for usage value, machine time would be 100 Min if you confirmed 10 Pcs. machine time would be 50 MIN if you confirm 5 Pcs.

{Operation Qty (5) x Machine Time (10)} / {Base Qty (1) x Operation Split (1)} ==> 50 Min

Why do you want Measurement Document for 125 Min or 75 Min?

Hi,

My client want that the usage time of equipment is recorded according to actual in CO11N,

for example machine time is 100 MIN for producing 10 PCS (plan usage value as per formula)

but actual production got disturbance, so actual for 10 PCS is 125 MIN,

so 125 MIN should be recorded instead of 100 PCS. (actual usage value)

Is this possible ?

Hi,

Where you capturing that actual run hours? then you no need to write very big formula. Assign the field name where you capturing the actual hours. Assign that formula for usage value.

Else define the float for the delay or if the delay is fixed as 25 hours, create the formula accordingly. Or delay is based of the qty confirmed, create the formula accordingly.

Hi,

i got your point

i have discussed with my client , they agree to use your idea : (add tolerance for delayed)

Thanx you very much for your help.

Good day.
