How to maintain and handle BW Master Data Invalid Char in RSKC

Currently the master data attribute load is failing due to invalid chars in BW.

How to handle special character with String " PEÑAS ".

Currently we have maintained the special chars in RSKC

#ALL_CAPITAL_PLUS_HEX#/\-.@*$()+_=!%^&~`,:;'"[]{}? ?# #ALL_CAPITAL

Any help is appreciated.

The value you have in the RSKC is meaningless. ALL_CAPITAL_PLUS_HEX and ALL_CAPITAL_PLUS only works if alone in the field, you should not have any other characters ; ALL_CAPITAL_PLUS_HEX being the most permissive.
