Digital Signatures and Document Encryption api

From which SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 SPS Digital Signatures and Document Encryption api is supported ?

I found Javadocs for SAP NetWeaver 04 SPS15.Is this api supported from SPS 15 or prior to SPS 15 also?
