KM Navigation Iview Customization

Hi,

I have a folder under KM with versioning enabled. I use Navigation Iview with ConsumerExplorer layout set. My client wants me to show current document version number as a new column on this Iview. Is it possible? Generally, is it possible to customize navigation iview's appearance?

KM Navigation iview customization is only possible with the layout set you are using.

You can duplicate the standard layoutset and customize its collection renderer and resource renderer as per the requirement.

finally use that layoutset in your KM Navigaton iview.

Search in SDN about customizaton of layoutset.

Actually I found a practical way to issue this need. On settings->presentation menu of folder, you can choose which columns to show on iview. There's a field named "versions" which suits my need very well. But it seems to be just a personalization option for user himself. So is it possible to apply this personalization to all users who wants to see a specific folder with KM Navigation Iview?

If you have admin rights, then you can set the layoutset for all the users in the presentation area .

In the presentation area , you will fine two tabs, one for layout set for all the users and the other is layoutset for you.

Get the super admin rights and check again.
