BKPF-XBLNR Edit After Posting

Hi SAP Experts

We need to correct the values of BKPF-XBLNR (reference field) due incorrect input

This documents are already posted and in some cases are cleared (vendor invoices line items)

I notice OB32 is already active for this pursoses but it does not work

We have Classical Ledger with FI-SL

What we can do to make XBLNR editable again

Hi

There could be the below reasons:

1) OB32 Configuration itself. There is a checkbox that field cannot be changed if posting period is closed.

2. Since you are also using FI-SL, check if OSS Notes 827413 & 1711561 are applicable for you.

3. If i am not wrong, event 1420 in FIBF can also be used to control changeability of certain fields in FB02. Please check that as well in your system
