Automatic email send from CRM to Lotus Notes are not able to forward & copy

Hi

In CRM 4.0, when an order is placed in Webshop, a receipt Confirmation with an attachment is sent to the Sold-To party from CRM. The mail can be seen in SOST transaction.

Earlier the e-mail received by the Sold-To Party can forward the email and can copy the attachments in the mail.

The Issue is -> Just before two months back, these type of emails generated are not able to forward and not able to copy the attachments by Sold-To Party.

any Idea, where is the configuration to change it or where to check this settings?
