Setting dependencies in SAP DATA HUB Scheduling

Hello SAP Gurus,

I am quite new to SAP DATA HUB and wondering if there is a way to set up dependencies when we schedule the graphs. Ex: I want my graph to me executed if another Graph's execution is successful.

Any help on this is deeply appreciated.

Hello

You can create a graph to control the execution of graphs, so you can create an orchestration graph. See the Pipeline operator for details - https://help.sap.com/viewer/29ff74dc606c41acad117003f6034ac7/2.4.latest/en-US/69bbcf990caa4439b24515...

Thank you Michael!

Also, is there a way to control the schedule with a file event? If a particular event happens in SAP, I want the graph to be triggered. Do you know if that is possible?

It sounds like you might need a continuously executing graph, rather than triggering the execution of a graph upon an event. By default, graphs run continuously, either checking for new data (using an internal poll event) or receiving data (from a stream, API, etc.).

Can you explain what you're trying to implement?

Michael
