Value not found in Settlemnt from WBS to AUC - CJ88

Hello,

I am trying to do settlement from WBS to AuC. In CJ88 I am not getting the value. I checked the settlement profile and AuC is assigned into WBS > Cost > Settlement Rule.

Process:-

1. Project and WBS Creation

2. Budget allocated and release

3. AuC assign into WBS > Cost > settlement rule

4. PO creation with Account assignment "P"

5. GRN Received

6. Cost settlement (CJ88)

I am getting the message:-

There are no accrued amounts; settlement is not possible.

Message no. KD256

I am not using investment mangment.

is your project Valuated or Non-valuated project stock? What does the GR posting look like? What accounts?

Generally, we get that kind of message if we maintain RA key could you please check is there any RA key in the wbs

Yes, in WBS RA Key profile is active in our organization and for that reason it was updated in WBS by default, so I removed that RA Key and tried and get success.

1. Please let me know If I remove RA Key from project profile (OPSA) then what will be happen.

2. In project profile > Under project stock > I have selected valuated stock. It means I can procure only valuated stock material w.r.t. project (WBS), but I need to procure asset also which will be procure with non valuated material. So in this scenario how can I handle the situation.

I want to know is it a customer project or capital investment project?

Based on your inputs it is a capital investment project. I want to know how are you creating the project from appropriation request or directly from cj20n

If you create directly from cj20n you need to assign an investment program to the wbs element from cj20n and you have maintained asset class

the status we be changed to AUC. After booking actuals via PO you have to do a settlement for every month in cj88 until the asset is ready. Once the asset is ready you need to settle to Final fixed asset.

If it is capital investment project RA key not necessary you can remove RA key from the project profile and make sure you have maintained an investment profile.

You mentioned settlement is successful after removing RA key then what is the problem still you getting the issue?

Take the help of FI for settlement profile

Below is screen for CJI3.

Can you both guide us that settlement profile is correct or I am doing some mistake. I think I am missing some thing but what exactly I am not able to find out.

I tried many sources but not get luck.

HI Rajesh,

Is it value available for the specific period for that WBS. Check CJI3 for this WBS for the specific period which you are enter during the settlemnt.

Its valuated stock.

I have 2 scenario:-

A) Valuated material to be procure through PO and account assignment "P" w.r.t. WBS

B) Asset to be procure w.r.t. WBS with non valuated material
