SAP C4C Integration to Facebook

Good Day,

I am trying to integrate our Cloud for Service (C4C) QA Tenant to a newly created Facebook account.

I have completed the required steps in the setup/config guides and have been successfully Authenticated to the Facebook account, however when I click on "Get Account details" nothing comes up for selection.

I'm not able to save the Channel setup as there is no Channel ID to select.

Kindly assist.

Hi Brandon,

Irrespective of the C4C tenant used for integration, all the newly created apps requires review and approval from Facebook.

Thank you for your response, it is much appreciated!

Do you perhaps have an example of the information that needs to be supplied when submitting the App for review/approval, or an example of a screencast that has been approved.

Every time my app is submitted for review, they do not approve the App as I am unable to demonstrate to them how the app will be used in C4C.

In order to demonstrate this I have to complete the Facebook channel config however this config cannot be completed until the App review is Approved.

So I'm stuck in bit of a loop.

Kindly advise if an how this is achieved.

Please follow the steps outlined in the Help Document: SAP Service Cloud - Facebook Integration

Kindly note that all newly created Facebook Apps need to be submitted for review and approved by Facebook, before they can be used for integration.

In case you still face issues after performing all the steps outlined in the above help links, you can create an incident to SAP Support along with a detailed description of the steps you have performed, screenshots from both C4C and Facebook.
