    Hi,

I guess from XI3.1 onwards the webi report split in to different sheets when the No. of record crosses 65000. So, you can try to export the webi report with the latest BOE version.

Or otherwise try with exporting to CSV format and then later you can import it to Excel.

But do check in the latest release version guide for more information on this.

It is an Excel2003 limitation for each worksheet which truncates all rows after 65536 rows.

    So optiosn are

    1.To use Excel 2007

    2.Use some format for export(For Eg:CSV)

3.Create reports with multiple tabs and restrict data in each tab to 65536 .So you will get excel with multple worksheet on export

    Thanks
