Hello, I've been trying for a few days to install CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_24 without success.

Can anyone please help me with the solution? I already tried installing Micorsoft Visual C++ 2008, 2010, 2015.

Is this package compatible with Win 8.1? I have Windows 8.1.

I tried to install it on Windows 7 Pro and I had no problem at all. So I'm guessing that it has to do with the windows version.

help!
