Hello
I just migrated master data to SBO 9.3 for HANA from an MS SQL based program. I created an ODBC connection to MS SQL database to retrieve data. Now, I need to compare data stored in HANA database with the data stored in the MS SQL server (through the odbc connection).
How can I query the MS SQL from HANA studio so I can compare the data from both databases?

You can use SDA Smart Data Access to federate remote SQL Server data base. You will definitely get lots of Iformation on SDA it you Google it.
