Hi everybody,

Do you know if it is possible to update the word template of Service Level Report (SLR) in SAP Solution Manager, as for example to include customer logo in the header of every report page?

Thanks for your answers!

Hi Fermin,

You can edit the customer attributes per report once it has been processed and is available by clicking on the change icon next to the report.

I am unsure about the template but try this as a workaround:

Open an existing older report in change mode, click on the highest level of SL Reporting node.

Click Goto > Document Attachment

Click on the latest Word Report and you can edit this with a logo etc and save it locally.

Thanks,

-Rohan

Dear Fermin,

Yes, you can customize the SLR front page.

You can customize the header and footer, and since the SAP Logo is part of the report header, you should be able to replace it with your company logo. Please visit this link for more details [Customizing SLR FrontPage|https://websmp208.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_FRAME=CONTAINER&_OBJECT=011000358700000598892010E].

Please check the PDF at this location because I beleive it fully answers your question Fermin

You should specifically look at "2.2 Customizing Step by Step - 2.2.2 General Settings - Coverpage".

Hello Fermin,

The logo can't be modified as far as I know; however, the thresholds can be modified (adjusted). For instance, if something is set to 80%, you can change this to another figure if desired.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Mark
