LSO Workflow does not trigger

Hi,

I have activated WF WS12000003 and WS12000004. I did the configuration via SPRO. When i do a booking via the portal the workflow is not triggering at all. no event The SWETYPV entry has been done. I did a Event trace but there is nothing. I did a SWI1 SWI2 SWI5, All configuration for workflow on SWU3 has been activated.

Does any one have any ideas why the workflow does not trigger.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Chetan,

I had al ook at your suggetions and all is fine. PFTC = Active the rest is also fine.

Should the workflows be General Task?

Should the object LSO_PARTIC be in a released status, or implemeted status? Currently it is in implemented.

The table LSOWF_RUNNING is not getting updated at all.

Hi Phillip,

Could you please check in triggering events of WF 12000003 whether 'LSO_PARTIC' is active ? If this is green(active) workflow should trigger.

Hi Phillip

Can you please also check if the user (whom you are booking thru portal) is assigned the PERNR in the backend via IT0105 ?

Also seems that it is something to do how the binding is done in the workflow for wiobject_id.

Triggering events

Status - Inactive <========

***

Check in your system if SEMIN REQUE is set to 1 (SM30 = View T77S0). You may either activate the status or set SEMIN REQUE to zero , depending on your requirements.
