BPC Excel- Park N Go Functionality issue?

Hi,

We are on BPC NW 7.5 . When we put the Input Schedule offline using 'Park N Go' functionality it takes very long. When we hit this option it will go and refresh the report/Input Schedule from server which is time consuming.

1) Do we have any option with which we can directly take offline without refreshing the report/input schedule to server.

2) When we save the report/Input Schedule after taking it offline sometimes the content of the file opens as #NAME?, we cannot actually see the data. what do we do?

Please suggest.
