Translate MB51 text from English to Chinese using translations

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to translate MB51 ALV List output header text from English to Chinese when the user logs in using Chinese Lang.

This can be achieved through Implicit Enhancement, but we dont want to add custom code into the standard SAP report. I tried using Translation option at Data element Level by maintaining Text in Chinese but still the header text in the ALV output is showing in English.

Kindly suggest how can I achieve it without using Implicit Enhancement.
