Stock upload to Bins

Hi

We have activated WMS for the existing storage locations.

Now there are stocks already available in Unrestricted, QI & Blocked conditons.

How do we transfer them into Bins.

Str loc o Str loc 311 mvt with WMS T.Codes does work if the storage location is same.

Once the stock is in a 'Interim' st type (9XX) in WM you can use LT01 or LT10 with movement 999 but if there is a lot of stock to move this will take a long time so if you can then creating a LSMW recording of LT01 would be better

If you do not know how to do this talk to one of your 'techie' guys and they should be able to help

Since you already have stock at IM level follow these steps:

1. Create a dummy SLOC or use existing empty SLOC.

2. Move stock to this SLOC using mvnt type 311

3. Activate WM for current storage location,Deactivate TR creation for 311 mvt type in WM, uncheck negative stock for intrem storage type (922 or 921)

4. Move stock back to WHS and create TOs using mvnt type 999 and transfer stock to respective storage bins.
