No, there is no option for this. To get a .tiff file, you might be able to sent the PDF to a fax that saves files and get it from there because .tiff is the native format for most fax machines.
At least one of the 3rd-party Crystal Reports utilities listed here provides an option to automate exporting to PDF and converting the PDF to a TIFF file (and optionally emailing or uploading the TIFF file).
