I have changed Email content in SMARTFORM T code for this form RSBPCB_SF_EMAIL_TMPL_11,But still i could not able to get changed content when users approved BPF ,Still old email content is appearing ,May i know where to check what to check.
In T-code RSBPCB_MAINTAIN_EMAIL_TMPL, did you try making the original template inactive and the customized one active so that the, customized SMART form gets triggered.
