RTC Procedure to run extension..

There is procedure to replicate account, flow type details in to RTC space..I saw one relating to entity only( RTC_AUTO_PUMP_ENTITIES) ALso once extension is performed how to update the property details for accounts which are 5000. Is there any flexible update method to update the accounts dimension property in RTC extended area.
