Getting this ERROR Couldn't logon to CMS (STU00152)

hi guys

when i am using this command

$ ./ccm.sh -display -cms tss4s451:6400

Creating session manager...

Logging onto CMS...

err: ERROR Couldn't logon to CMS (STU00152)

err: Error description: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)

my tomcat is up and working , my cmc is also working

i am using bo xi 3.1 sp3 on Solaris

central management server is up and running in cmc.All the servers r up and running in cmc .Can i know why is it showing like that when i am using this command $ ./ccm.sh -display -cms tss4s451:6400
