Backup and Mailer SAP Service problem

I am trying to run the Backup and SBO Mailer. I open the SBO Service Manager and press the Run Button. It always stays grey all buttons. When i go to the services in control panel, i see the service status is starting but it does not change to started. These happens in both cases. Other services (license server) dont have these problem.
