Type of users Codes - License Audit

The commercial Department of the company I work for constantly asks me for the "codes" of types of users in SAP. They need those numbers so that they can request a bulk of users for the clients' licences.

For example, SAP runs the yearly system audit and finds out there are 20 active users in the system that have not been licensed. So, our commercial department has to prepare a document with those missing users to send to SAP so that they can prepare the proposal with values and so on.

The numbers I've seen usually start with 700+4 numbers...like 7002075.

So, my question is: where do I find data about these numbers? Is there a place where I can check what types of users these numbers refer to, or where I can search by the name of the types of users?

Thanks in advance,

I think those are SAP SKU's - so I recommend reaching out to the SAP Account Executive on the project; that is what I did on a recent audit.

I googled "SAP SKU's" a little, and couldn't find anything related to what I need.

The codes "700+4numbers like ->7002075" refer to the type of user in the commercial tool. For example: 7002075 -> Logistics User.

I need to know those numbers so that the commercial department can request the correct users for the licenses.

Is that what SKU's refer to? If so, I'll try to research more thoroughly.

Thanks a lot, Tammy
