How to make user decision button in SBWP appear in UWL

Hi expert,

I have 2 user decision button in SBWP that is approve and reject. But in UWL those buttons dont appear. My iview and BAPI are user custom not standard delivered by SAP. Can you tell me how to make those appear? any setting that i missed?

Hi David,

They should be there in UWL as well. If you are not getting the buttons in UWL then following may be the reasons :

i) You are not using the standard User Decision step. You must have customized the same in some wrong way.

ii) The agent which you have assigned for the User Decision step does not have an account on Portals.

Check the above points. If both are already fixed, then please tell me exactly what you are getting for that User decision task in UWL.

Sorry for late reply. Yes I m using custom Iview and custom BAPI which are not a standard delivery from SAP. But when I use standard User Decision task in workflow, the work item contain approve and reject. If I try copy the standard and make new one those approve and decision are not appear. Do you know how to make those user decision appear while not using standard one?

Hi David,

Normally you need not do any specific setting to get the same buttons in UWL. Can you please tell me what buttons are you currently seeing in your UWL instead of actual user decision buttons.
