Check Time-independent attributes taking longer than usual

Hi All,

When I am loading 0employee's attributes, its taking long time checked blogs related to same found few based on which checked all the background jobs and also checked for RSDMDD_DELETE_BATCH job which is not running.

Really wonder if there is ant sap note or anything which could help in this.
