.NET SDK Guides - Empty CHM File

I am trying to view the .NET SDK guides from http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc/sdklibrary and when I click on one of the guides or api references, i am asked to download/open a CHM file.... I download/open the file, and it never works for me.. the CHM opens, but it never displays the page in the RHP of the help file. Always says "navigation cancelled".

Any ideas on whats going on here? Or is there another place where I can get the information.
