Appraisal for MSS -iviews

Hi,

We have configured iviews for appraisal on the ESS side. Now I'm looking for the MSS Iviews. But there is nothing called appraisal.

NW7.0 ECC 6

Can you please help om wich iviews and pages that are in use?

Hello Ingvild,

I conclude that your system is at NW7.0 ECC 6.It means you have implemented MSS BP 1.0

At your version under page performance management you will find two iviews Status Overview & Performance Management Document.

Performance Management Document and the Status Overview iView provide a user interface that a manager can use to create appraisals for the employees in his or her area of responsibility. The manager can also display an overview of all the appraisals that he or she must process further, that is the appraisals that do not have the status completed.

The manager uses the Performance Management Document iView to process the appraisal form defined in Customizing for the Objective Settings and Appraisals SAP application component.

PLease check the role of MSS that you are using.

I think that You are using the role:

pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/line_manager/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.roles/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.manager_self_service

You should use the role;

pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/line_manager/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.14.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.14.roles/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.manager_self_service

Hi,

What EHP are you on? EHP4 provide many new iviews relating to talent management. But as system with no EHP, MSS only have standard iview like Appraisal, Profile match up or Training activities where you can find at content administrator > portal content > content provide by sap > Line Manager > HCM > Iview.
