Logo in the ​Master Template Maintenance

Hello,

I can not upload a Logo in the Master Template Maintenance. The name is displayed but the logo is not displayed in the preview. Also if I save the template, the logo is not displayed in the preview for a f.e. Invoice.

I have tried this with different file formats (.jpg, .png, ...)

Hello Daniel,

the same is happening with us as well. Existing form master preview displays the logo correctly. when I copy existing master template with the logo, it copies the logo as well. However when i replace the image with new one, preview does not reflect. Also saving and reopening up does not refresh the logo.

I will try with Adobe live cycle designer to see if we can update the logo from that side.

Please raise an incident to sap to check what exactly is the issue.
