Passing query level parameter using hyperlink in webi

Hello,

I am creating Customer Aging report in BEX Query. At the query level there are 2 filters for data.

1.Net Due Date

2. Company Code

Now in web intelligence I have 2 reports one parent and one child. I want to open the child report using hyperlink from parent report. But i am unable to pass the Company Code and date parameter . please help!!

Hi Suraj,

Intra Document Linking feature (introduced in BO 4.2 SP6) helps you to navigate between tabs using Hyperlinks. Unfortunately, the new Intra-Document Linking feature doesn't filter the target tab for a specific value. I've created the below Idea or Improvement Request, please vote up on it, and let's hope they bring in this feature sooner than later.

But, as you've Net Due Date and Company Code prompts on the report, the whole report should automatically be filtered for a specific Net Due Date and Company Code, isn't it? You won't have a problem, unless one or both of those prompts are optional, and you/users are running the report by selecting a value in one of those prompts only.
