Infoview expiration

Hi Gurus,

While working the webi document continously, when I click Document list >> All of a sudden I am loggind out of the Infoview ( Infoview expiration comes up ).

After logging in again the Infoview >> clicking the document list >>> shows the following error " An error has occurred: Unable to reconnect to the CMS eeeertr.xxxx.net:6400. The session has been logged off or has expired. (FWM 01002) "

An error has occurred: Cannot initialize Report Engine server. (Error: RWI 00226)

this is not the first time to me ,

In CMC, all the servers are working fine. In server CCM, the SIA, Tomcat and everything looks good.

Any suggestion whey the Infoview logon is expires unexpectly ??
