Values are not updating to Custom table from MPP Program

Hi,

I have some fields on the screen in MPP. I'm getting the values for those fields from Custom table. If I make changes to values for fields in the screen, after clicking SAVE button they have to impact on to the Custom table else if no changes made don't update to the Custom table. I've written UPDATE statement to update changes to the Custom table. But the new changes aren't impacting to the custom table.
