Characteristic Group in Material Master

Hi Friends,

in mm02 in Classification view I can create several "characteristic groups". Normaly I find characteristic groups

in cabn but not for these groups.

Can some body tell me in which table I can find these "characteristic groups"?

Or is where a bapi to read them.
