Connect company live data in Xcelcius for dasboard

Can any one tell me the step by step guide to connect the company data in xcelcius for dashboard development.

i had tried lots of process but not able to do so.

i am using Business Objects XI 3.1 and Xcelcius 2008 SP3. but i am not able to log in on QAAWS getting error as unable to log administrator 'http://localhost:8080/dswsbobje/services/Session' login Exception ( Error : FWM 01003 ) Server not found & connection refused.

if any one have some idea how to do that please let me know.i had already tried a lot but still result is zero.
