Do you know some Function module to create a new operation/phase in process order?
I found a FM module CO_SE_PRODORD_OPR_CREATE, but is not possible to order categoria 40 (process order)

You can use BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN for process order.

Or use BDC program.
