SAP DMS - Material master - Document Data

Hi,

When I access the Document Data Tab (through mm03 - Additional Data - Document Data)

the table shows only 2 lines witch refer to a DIR.

Is there a note that makes it possible to see for example 10 lines?

Are there any customizing settings to change this?

Hey Christoph,

I know that I can add more documents using mm02.

I just want make the 'table' (witch displays the linked documents ) bigger, this to get a better overview of all linked documents.

At this point I can only see 2 linked DIR at once, witch it not very practical.

Hi Sebastian,

This can be achieved with help of abap'r. You need to modify the Material master - document data screen to view as per the requirement. Kindly discuss and use screen exit for the same.

Dear Sebastiaan,

in MM03 this screen only shows existing object links between material master and document info record. If you display this screen in MM02 and set the radio button to 'all versions' you should be able to add more documents as links here.
