Interest Calculation

Hello All,

One of our client has the following requirement:

The Client wants to Calculate the Interest for the Customer and vendor accounts.

But it does not want the Interested to be posted.

They want the know Total interest for a customer/vendor accrued at the end of month in a report.

How can we go about achieving this.
