SLR: Output :Responsible: In process Completed Postponed until

Hello All,

I have recieved our first SLR through email.

When I look into the report in each section,

For each Alert Overview I see 3 columns,

Responsible, In process, Completed, Postponed until

What are these meant for,

Is it for us to act on it? If I login to the System- Open the session and there update these columns. It will be for our future reference. Has to be manually updated everytime ,right?

Thats all I guess. Is it read or taken note by the system any time later?
