Old Material Number and New - MARA-BISMET

Hi,

I get the sales orders from ECC to SAP GTS system.

Now I have two different sales orders for same customer where one of which has Old_Material number and the second sales order is created with New_Material with same classification and HS Codes, is there any way that in GTS I should see always new material numbers only without any enhancements?

Hello Kid,

I think you need to use an enhancement but could you archive the old material & the corresponding documents in GTS? If yes, please also make sure the old material can no longer be transferable to GTS? Once archived, transfer the new material to GTS. As far as I know, material cannot be deleted in GTS (especially when there are documents that have referenced those materials)
