The acceptance criteria of TMS implementation project

Dear Experts,

We are implementing the TMS with a consulting firm. And we are not sure what should be the acceptance criteria for the project. When we implemented the ERP, we use successful monthly closing as the acceptance criteria. But we think it's not appropriate to be the criteria for TMS because TMS focus on transportation planning and execution. So could you please give advice on that? Thanks.
