IT2012 in Payroll Schema

Hello Experts,

I am looking to store a percentage used to calculate vacation pay on IT2012, however the client does not use Time Eval. Is this possible? How would I configure this?

How would the percentage be defined, and on what would it be calculated?

If it would not be calculated through Time Evaluation, would it be calculated outside SAP or through Payroll Calculation?

Note that an ABAP programmer should be able to create a Custom Program to generate IT2012 based on an Information WT that exists in the employee's Payroll Results Table.

Hello,

We need to allow the end user to enter record which represents the percentage that the employee is entitled to of vacation pay. Because they have too many exceptions to the rule, they do not want to configure using PA0041 and KAVAC etc.. and PCR's calculating seniority. I have recommended that we can use IT0014, but I wanted to confirm that without a "custom program" is there a way to read inout on IT2012, if the client does not use Time Evaluation.

To my knowledge, there is no Payroll Function nor Payroll Operation to read or process data from IT2012.
