movement type 316

I'm using warehouse management Sap module, I was on trying to reverse (316) on MB1B of stock that has been Migo'd but I kept on getting the message below , I think there's a missing step that I'm not doing , can you please give me the correct steps to take when doing a 316 movement

Hi There,

As per the configuration its taking Interim storage area and the stock is not available in that storage bin, so you can first transfer internally by checking LS26 in which storage bin its available now, and transfer the same within the warehouse to same storage bin

Then post cancellation!
