Hi,

I think first you need understand few things in terms of workflow agent determintion:

  1. Are you sure that the workflow user are configured as Organizational objects.? Because you mentioned you didnt find any user objects which are assigned in the Organizational Hierarchy.
  2. Secondly, if One user is working and other is not then there should be some user parameters which might have configured in User master. Check the User paramters tab if there is any difference.(SU01D)
  3. There is alco a possibility to filter the user workitems . There is a BADI where you can filter the workitems meaning, What should appear ? and what should not appear?
  4. To copy user settings you can make use of SU01 transaction.
  5. If in case you are sure that the Organizational Hiearchy is defined then try to replace the or try to assign the user ID to the position which you are expecting.

Share more details which can help to precisely answer.

Hi,

if User B is not seeing the workitems, then probably they are not the agent.

Agent assignment is very diverse in SAP workflow (rule, role, position, user-id, job, organizational unit). So your first priority is to figure out on what ground the workitem is sent, you can find this in the workflow definition and the agent assignment of the task.

If it is about, workitems are there but the view is different, then you should look into comparing user parameters.

whose setting is correct and who receives correct items

Not clear with your post. What transaction the user-A has used and what do you mean by "correct items"?
