Discount Condition Type

Dear Experts

I have the following requirement.

I have a discount condition type - Eg: ZDSC - This will be percentage based. ie. It will have the calculation type: Percentage

If the user enters a value in the conditions tab against this condition type and if the value is not a complete divisible of 5 (For example discount of 9%) then the system should round this up to the next number which is COMPLETELY divisible of 5 which in this case will be 10%.

Is there a standard way to achieve this ? Request your inputs at the earliest.
