Change name of e-mail attachments

When viewing a A/R Invoice and clicking the SBO Mailer component icon a new mail is created with the Invoice attached as a file.

I need to be able to change the name of the file, mostly because now it contains signs not in the specified charset and dosen't work. Where can i edit the template used for the filename?
