PDF attachment not opening sent via fm SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1

Hi All,

We have used fm SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 to send a pdf attachment and a sap shortcut to outlook . It worked fine in R/3 4.7 but the same code is not working in ECC 6.0 system. We can see the pdf attachment in outlook but when we are clicking to open it it is not getting opened though we have acrobat reader installed on our machines.

Can you provide any suggestion to solve this issue...
